<If exchange/return is possible>
If a product is defective or a product different from the order details is sent
In case of customer's simple change of mind, rejection of receipt, product exchange or return
Round-trip shipping fee (6,000 won) is the responsibility of the customer:)
(Additional shipping charges may apply to Jeju and islands and mountainous areas)
In case of random return, receipt may be rejected, but please be sure to use contract courier :)
(Additional charges for other couriers are borne by the customer)
For exchanges and returns, you must pack them as they were originally received :)

Changed/missing gift items

If the product is missing or damaged even if the product is not used

In case of product damage or loss of product value due to customer carelessness

If the exchange and return period (within 7 days) is not met
